I am currently recruiting for a home based Business Development Executive working for a well established health care organisation which is based in York.

Salary: £29,000 plus commission (OTE £40,000)
Hours: Monday-Friday

What will you be doing?

* Consistently deliver results by developing relationships with stakeholders and using strong negotiation skills to bring on new business
* Developing and implementing a sales strategy in order to maximise and drive revenue against agreed targets
* Liaising with clients in a virtual and telephone based sales environment
* Highly competent with understanding and interpreting client needs and requirements
* Effectively presenting corporate health and well being propositions
* Using Microsoft Teams to present face to face to stakeholders of all levels

Essential skills:

* Proven experience in B2B business development
* Evidence of consistently exceeding targets
* The ability to build and influence external relationships with clients at all levels
* The ability to network and build contacts via face to face, virtual, and social media channels
* Resilience and confidence
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication and objection handling skills
* The ability to effectively articulate how the products benefit corporate employers
* The ability to work efficiently and on your own initiative whilst prioritising your own workload
* Demonstrating commitment to team work
