Business Analyst - Aberdeen - up to £400 per day (DOE) - 6 month initial contract
What you'll be involved with:
Working within an HR Transformation programme as a Business Analyst, you'll be working closely with Change Managers to support in the analysis and delivery of the payroll operational model. You'll be ensuring all Change impacts are captured, including service transition documentation. Providing Business Analyst consultancy and advice on how to map the current and target states for payroll processes.
As a Business Analyst you'll also support planning activities, including project plans, status reports and cut-over plans; while supporting the capture of payroll testing requirements, with conversion into testing scenarios/scripts.
You'll need solid stakeholder management skills to liaise with key stakeholders to create BRDs as well as running design workshops to finalise business requirements, design architecture and technical specifications.
The experience you need in order to deliver:
- Experience with payroll work-streams in HR Transformation programmes
- Experience with Financial systems, including General-Ledgers and BACS
- Operational knowledge of payroll processing, including monthly and yearly cycles
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Extensive experience with process mapping with Visio
