Customer Facing Administrator
Salary: £16,750 per annum

As a Customer Facing Administrator you will talk to people about a wide range or products as well as liaising with branch managers, your duties will vary daily meaning no two days will be the same. Another aspect of this role will be dealing with customer queries within branch as well as over the phone ensuring the customer is at the forefront of your processes, prioritising their wants and needs. You will be required to maintain a high standard in your work through out your role and work within a large team environment to offer the best to customers.

- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A confident communicator over the telephone and in person
- Excellent organisation and a keen eye for detail
- Previous experience desirable but not essential and would be open to background/experience
- Comfortable using basic IT systems
