Search Consultancy are currently recruiting for Booking Co Ordinator to start ASAP

This is a Temp to Perm position

Pay rate: £9.50 - £10.00 Depending on experience

Daily Tasks:
* Answering high volume inbound calls and assisting customers with specific enquiries and job bookings
* Update worksheets with changes and status's of each customer job
* Provide a high level of personalised customer service at all times
* Liaise with management and drivers to book follow on jobs for customers
* Create further interest in the company's services by inviting customers to use all services and products offered
* All other reasonable duties as and when required
* Proactively contribute with new ideas to the bettering of the company services and processes

Essential Requirements:
* Excellent communication
* Excellent command of spoken/written English
* Capability to memorize regular clients and their requirements/personalities
* Previous experience within customer service, inbound/outbound call centre, control room, contact centre
* An ability to deal professionally, calmly and tactfully with customers and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
* Computer literate/Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative in a busy environment
* Able to provide one excellent, previous work related reference
* Xero accounting system Knowledge is not necessary but a plus
* Experience in the waste management industry is a plus
