Bid Manager - Birmingham or London, £45,000 - £50,000 + bonus, Permanent, hybrid working

I am excited to bring to the market a fantastic opportunity for Bid Manager, based in either Birmingham or London for a financial services organisation.

The Bid Manager will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end bidding process, completing and delivering all bid-related requirements, winning business from new and existing clients.

The Bid Manager will focus on:

  • Hands-on production of business development materials, including research and planning, and coordinating input of stakeholders and contributors
  • Managing and submitting proposals via online procurement portals
  • Adhering to proposal project plan, ensuring all activities are completed on time, and to high quality standards
  • Participating in key-stage meetings, (pre-bid planning, qualification, kick-off, and progress review etc.) and liaising with Designers, Document Managers and Bid Coordinators.

The ideal candidate will have strong proposals/bidding experience, with excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Experience of public sector procurement processes would be beneficial.
