Benefits Administrator needed for a corporate financial institution based in gorgeous offices in Glasgow City centre with great benefits and a fantastic team working normal office hours Monday to Friday.
This role would suit someone who has worked within Benefits Administration and worked within the Financial Services environment such as working within Pensions and benefits.
Within this role you will be providing top level administrative support to a portfolio of clients and you will need to be comfortable client facing within a corporate environment. You will also be providing administrative support on any corporate investment and arrangement. You will be providing support to financial advisers to identify any service issues and ensuring all advisers are complaint when giving out advice. The ideal candidate will also help advisers maintain business relationships with clients and professional services such as solicitors and other financial institutions. You will also be helping within a large team so great communication is key.
if you have worked within a financial services firm delivering Benefits Administration and are professional, hard working and able to manage a large workload as well as working well within a large team communicating at all levels you will be perfect for this role.The perfect candidate will also be able to understand information quickly and relate this to fellow team members as well as having a great track record in achieving and exceeding your own goals.
