The B2B role comes with a basic salary of £30k, with the possibility of £40k when uncapped commission is added to your monthly wage slip.
This is a crucial telesales account manager role that directly contributes to the profitability of the company. You will be responsible for developing the businesses telesales offering. To do so, you will require a firm understanding of sales methodologies and must be target driven and sales orientated.
Principal duties of the B2B Telesales Manager include:
- Developing robust and compliant call scripts
- Working with IT to ensure sufficient call recording facilities are in place
- Recruit and train telesales agents, and continually coach and provide feedback to team members
- Drive sales performance, ensuring that your team meets all sale targets set by the business
To apply for this demanding B2B sales manager role, you will require proven B2B telesales experience, with at least three years in a similar telesales management role, ideally. You will need proven skill forging strong working relationships with colleagues, and the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with all clients and suppliers.
The working hours of this job are Monday 8.15 am to 5 pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5 pm, and Friday 8.30 am to 4 pm, although some flexible working will be required according to business needs.
