The role

B2B Sales Executive

As the B2B Sales Executive, you will be joining the established and highly successful exhibition and sponsorship sales team. The company has launched their Events portfolio and have a large number of live in venue events, as well as online events. You will be working with leading event brands, and you will be responsible for maximising the value of the full events and exhibitions portfolio, which includes multiple growing market sectors.

Other duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets through a combination of exhibition, sponsorship and digital event sales
  • Work in collaboration with the wider sales, events and marketing teams to maximise sales opportunities
  • Assume project lead for managing and developing the revenue streams for identified projects within the portfolio
  • Source, develop and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external departments, exhibitors, sponsors and partners
  • Build and maintain knowledge of the wider public sector market and use this information to increase revenue



In return for the above, you will receive:

  • Base salary of between £25k - £30k
  • Excellent commission structure, with OTE of £45k

About you

The successful B2B Sales Executive will have a strong experience in a B2B role with specific focus on new business acquisition within an office/desk based sales environment. The addition of sales experience within the Exhibition/Media sales market, would be highly advantageous.

You will also have:

  • Proven track record of success in a target driven environment
  • Expert knowledge and implementation of the sales process
  • Knowledge of using CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Business-to-Government experience would be desirable, but not essential
