My client, who is one of the fastest growing energy businesses are currently looking to add 2 B2B Sales Advisor's to their team

The Job:

In this role you will pro-actively making contact with new and existing clients to build relationships and support them in terms of getting the result they want. The purpose of the role is to gain and build new relationships for the company

Key Responsibilities:
* Contact new and Existing Clients to process their query
* Manage and accurately update the company database
* Advise clients on current offers and any issues
* Consistently achieve your personal KPIs,
* Contribute to the Team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas
* Deliver an excellent sales service to new and existing clients ensuring a strong and positive working relationship, effectively dealing with any issues or queries
* Communicate with clients, both written and verbally
* Collect all the required information about clients and customers to successfully deliver a full service and maintain ongoing accurate records for every client
* Overcome objections and work towards set targets

Requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail, telephone manner and problem solver
* Confident communicator
* Being calm under challenging situations
* To be pro active and dedicated
* Being able to work as part of a team and working individually
* Strong organisational administrative and inter-personal skills
* Good product knowledge
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate up to Director level
