Position - B2B Lead Generation Executive
Salary - £25K to £30K OTE (Uncapped) + Excellent Benefits and a real Career Progression Opportunity
Location - Glasgow
My current client is a leading training organisation with clients across all sectors of business operating throughout the UK and Europe.
They are currently seeking talented and dedicated B2B Lead Generation Executives; capable of generating qualified sales leads and appointments to pass to their account managers, to join their sales team at their prestigious Glasgow Offices.
* Completing daily call and weekly appointment targets - focusing on generation of new business and developing existing clients.
* Identify the client's requirements / training needs.
* Determine the client's propensity to buy and arrange a suitable appointment for the Account Management team.
* Effectively record all telemarketing activity and provide accurate weekly reporting of the client pipeline and progressive outcomes.
The successful applicant will likely possess the following skills, experience and personal attributes:
* Highly motivated, positive, enthusiastic and results focused.
* Strong telesales & B2B lead generation experience.
* Exceptional all-round communication skills and well-versed at dealing with organisations across all sectors.
* Ability to consistently make a high volume of outbound calls working alongside the account management team.
* The ability to work autonomously to deliver results
* The ability to deliver accurate, clear and concise reporting.
* Experience of Salesforce CRM (or equivalent) and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
There is a clear and achievable opportunity for progression into account management which will be based on performance and reviewed regularly
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am until 5:00pm.
