If you are looking for a flexible full-time Accountancy & Finance job in the Glasgow area, this could be the ideal role for you. We're looking for an Assistant Treasury Manager on behalf of our Glasgow client, who is offering a 12 Month FTC with a salary of up to £35k p/a.
The primary function of this role will be to manage the day to day production activity of a team within the department ensuring client commitments are met. You will also support the team manager in managing all aspects of team performance, including; line management of staff as agreed with the line manager and overseeing the work of team members.
The key responsibilities of the Assistant Treasury Manager include:
- Ensuring a high quality of service is delivered to all clients.
- Ensuring the service level provided by the team adheres to the client service delivery agreements
- Ensuring adherence and development to core standard operating models
You will be leading, line managing and inspiring your team, assigning resources in line with team competency matrices, and actively managing that matrix, ensuring individual team members are supported in obtaining core competency targets.
To apply for this role, you will need prior Treasury experience and financial services experience. Specific skills and knowledge required include:
- Extensive experience working within a trade management capacity
- Strong risk management awareness
- Experience of managing team members or workload within a team.
