As an Assistant Scheme Manager you will be responsible in assisting the Scheme Manager in the provision of overseeing sales and marketing of the Sheffield portfolio, working closely with the central Marketing Manager for the student accommodation units at The Trigon, The Cube and One Brittain Street. Additionally, providing a high quality management service with the least inconvenience to the resident occupants and to ensure the smooth running of the day to day business on site. You will also be responsible for sharing emergency call outs and out of hours assistance as part of the management team.

The Assistant Scheme Manager will also support with external sites of multiple tenure ensuring facilities management and the statutory compliance of these sites runs smoothly and tenants are kept updated whilst working with the Scheme & Contracts Manager to provide excellent customer service to the Client.

My client expects a flexible approach to deliver best value which will involve working occasional weekends and evenings, with flexible hours to fit in with the business and operational needs of the building and providing out of hours support. This position is responsible for implementing and safeguarding best practice and ensuring effective processes are put into place to achieve maximum sales, productivity, meeting budgets, delivering for the client and overseeing the supervision of employees.
