Are you an experienced, Reception Manager, team leader or Supervisor? As a passionate customer services manager you'll be looking for a fantastic, permanent full-time role managing a team of corporate receptionists
Our client, who has exceptionally high standards, is offering up to £35,000 (+ benefits) for a motivated reception leader near Bond Street. You'll help manage a team of receptionists and create an unforgettable experience for all visitors and users at site. The role will also include supporting the operations manager across the wider portfolio giving you the experience to take career to the next level.
- Managing the guest welcome, hosting across various reception areas and coordinating with all service providers.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of all site events.
- Training, developing and mentoring a team will all be provided to ensure all clients expectations are exceeded.
- Overseeing the account, managing key stakeholders and conducting regular service reviews.
You'll be happy to take on flexible duties, have a strong service ethic and have proven experience of managing a team of corporate receptionists in a luxury or high-end corporate environment. You're driven by innovation and creative flair, can take the lead on a variety of projects, and will have a good understanding of commercial, financial, service and KPI needs.
