Our client is a leader in their market, they deliver high quality homes for customers across the West of Scotland. An opportunity exists in the commercial team based in the Central Belt for a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join the business in a position that offers plenty of headroom for development. Managing your own developments you will be supported but allowed to self manage day to day. Joining an existing team you will sit at Q.S level with a plan to develop over time within the business. To be considered you will need to meet the following criteria:

* Hold Qualification in Quantity Surveying (ideally to Degree level)
* Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years continual experience in a Q.S role within residential new build environment
* Hold a full UK drivers license
* Be based within West Central Scotland, able to cover sites in Lanarkshire's, Greater Glasgow, Ayrshire.
