**** Assistant Manager, Market Leading Premium Bar & Restaurant Operation- Edinburgh, £23k a year plus Bonus ****

We are actively on the look out for a passionate, energetic and personality driven Assistant Manager who is looking to grow, develop and progress within a market leading company for an amazing new opening in Edinburgh.

This business is expanding at a phenomenal rate and presents genuine opportunities for managers at all levels to progress in their careers; it will offer a fantastic challenge and an amazing working environment, you will also have access to some of the best training and development programmes available as well.

As a manager you will be involved in all aspects of the business including leading busy shifts ensuring that both customers and staff are having an incredible experience, talent management, development and recruitment and of course ensuring that you support the General Manager in achieving financial targets.

You must have experience in a similar role, ideally in a wet led premium branded environment but certainly in a high volume bar and food operation. You will need to show drive, ambition and an ability to motivate and nurture talent within the team as well being extremely standard driven as well as target driven.

In return for all your hard work you will be paid £23k per year plus bonus and be given every opportunity to progress and develop with-in an expanding business. The company has an excellent benefits package for employees including management discounts.
