Search Consultancy is currently supporting our client to recruit an Assistant HR Manager based in Dundee. The business is known for offering a high quality service and prides itself on the high standards from everyone within the business. The organisation has went through really strong growth as of late and due to this expansion is looking for an individual which will allow them to make the next step in their progression.
A Generalist HR role the successful candidate will be involved in a wide remit of duties and responsibilities. Working closely with senior stakeholders the position will also rely on you building relationships across the whole business and ensuring that the HR function is supporting both the people and the business.
The ability to work autonomously is very important so experience in a similar environment is ideal. You will have strong people skills as well as being able to be both agile and resilient to an ever changing environment. The successful candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified and will have experience working in a HR role.
