Facilities Assistant - Temporary Contract - 3 month Contract

Full Time Hours - £9.30ph

Leeds City Centre

The job is working within an extremely busy Facilities Department to assist with some of the more basic duties. These will include:

  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Floor walking delivering post to various departments
  • Binding documents
  • Scanning and filing
  • Re-stocking photocopiers
  • Setting up meeting rooms

The right person for this job will need to be:

  • Flexible and able to work well using their own initiative
  • This is an active position and will involve walking and standing for large parts of the day so must be comfortable with this
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is key
  • Must be well presented with good communication skills as liaising with a wide variety of people on a daily basis
