* Manage day to day operations of the team
* Ensure all regulations are adhered t
* Ensure customer service is maintained throughout the team
* Manage teams daily, weekly and monthly statistics
* Hold 1-1 meetings with all team members
* Coach and guide the team
* Contribute towards company strategies and develop on current strategies
* Oversee department recruitment, general HR occurrences, targets and training
* Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets are achieved
Experience and Skills Required:
* Previous experience within the arrears or collection industry is essential
* Experience managing a team and developing the team
* Experience managing call centre strategies
* Proven leadership skills
* Able to manage a high pressured, fast paced environment
* Speak another language - preferable
