Area Chef Manger - Mon to Fri - B&I - Circa £32,000 per annum
A great opportunity has come about for a strong Chef Manager/ Head Chef to take on an area role in between the M23 and M3. You will be working Monday to Friday and 07:00 - 16:00.
This particular role is a varied one, working over a number of sites, troubleshooting and maintaining standards and of course, cooking great food. This is a great chance for an experienced Chef to enter into a great business and the position presents genuine opportunities for progression into more senior roles. The food quality and service of the sites are second to none and offer their clients a great offering served in a friendly and relaxed environment.
You will be covering 14 sites ranging from 150 covers all the way up to 1000. You will need to be very comfortable in a variety of kitchens and adapt quickly to new teams. Experience in a similar role is preferential, potentially with another contract catering company, but certainly working with fresh food on a daily basis. You will need to show drive, ambition, the capability to run a high volume service effectively and an ability to motivate and nurture talent within the team.
