Work Life balance - Something that seems to come to all chefs and is as rare as a Trojen Horse However, my client is looking for a quality Catering Manager with exactly that, work life balance.

My client is one of the fastest growing contract catering companies in the Uk. They have shown rapid growth due to the way they are small enough to care but big enough to make a difference. Mainly looking at the Education sector, this roll as Area Catering Manager will be covering the Manchester area and is a Monday to Friday roll covering term time only. You will be working with fresh food, cooked to the highest standards and still have time for family life outside work. Also you will be strong in management of the Kitchen as part of your day will be filling in, in the absence of catering managers from various sites, so multi site experience is a must.

Ideal candidate will have

As Area Catering Manager you will be in all aspects of the kitchen and will be responsible for the HACCAP and COSHH also getting involved in service and setting company standards. You will be responsible for staff training for new recruits.
