Immediately Available Administrator role, working within the further education sector.

Permanent - Full Time Hours - £18,000

Wakefield

The position is extremely varied and will be providing full Administration support to a developing Apprentice Scheme.

Some of the daily duties will include:

  • Assisting course Tutors with their administration duties.
  • Maintaining all electronic and manual filing systems
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and following up agreed actions.
  • Dealing with any general enquiries from Students, Tutors and Employers to ensure the smooth running of the course.
  • Issuing feedback on progress
  • Managing the internal inbox, dealing with issues and escalating as required
  • Updating the systems with pass results, assessments and certificates.

The right person for this role will need to be an experienced Administrator, ideally with some experience of working within the education sector or have an understanding of Apprentice schemes.

Will need to be a strong communicator both verbal and written and be confident building a rapport with a wide variety of people. Must have experience of MS Office, with high levels of accuracy and able to maintain extensive records.
