As a Appointment Setter/ Lead Generator we are looking for an individual who is money motivated, enjoys working in a target driven environment and has worked in a sales environment previously. As this role is phone based, you will need to be an excellent communicator, with the ability to effectively question customers in order to establish their needs. This role offers a great working environment with regular incentives, providing a great opportunity for someone looking to enhance their sales skills further.
- Finding new contacts for our clients to call or mailshot
- Making outbound B2B calls to senior decision makers promoting awareness of products
- Arranging appointments for field based BDM's to go and visit clients
- Calling up contacts that have been invited to events and persuading them to attend
- Calling companies and finding out what software products they use
- Finding out which companies may be thinking about buying software or hardware
- Sourcing and following up leads
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday between the hours of 9.00am-5.30pm and Friday 9am-5pm

Have you got the following experience or skills?
- Previous experience of working in a B2B sales environment
- Ideally phone based sales experience
- Ability to question effectively in order to identify a client's needs
- Excellent communication skills
- A passion for exceeding targets
- Appointment making and lead generation experience
