Co-ordinator / Scheduler

Temp role for minimum 6 months | Likely to become permanent

Up to £14.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Full-Time role | 37 hours per week | Monday to Friday

Search Consultancy are currently working with a leading Central Edinburgh based client to recruit this role.

The main purpose of this role will be to provide comprehensive support to the Planning department, ensuring that inspections & surveys are carried out in line with SLA's & targets.

Duties involved in this role will include:

• Extensive inspection co-ordination work including in-depth diary management & appointment scheduling
• Identifying applications that are ready for inspection & progressing to appointment stage
• Booking appointments for customers, ensuring appointments are booked within manageable distances & timescales
• Communicating with customers throughout the process by telephone, voicemail & email in a timely fashion
• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with KPI's & targets
• Extensive dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
• Various other ad hoc scheduling & administration duties as directed

In order to be considered for this role your skills and experience should include:

• Extensive previous experience within an administration role dealing with scheduling or diary management - this experience is essential
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied & sometimes very busy workload effectively
• Solid IT skills
