Application Support Analyst - SQL / Azure Cloud
Excellent opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join an established team that is committed to investing in their people as well as research and development.
As part of the managed service team you will be in a client facing role with responsibility for:
* Delivery of SAAS using Azure
* Work to improve quality and scalability to achieve a 24/7 real time operation
* Monitor, check and complete daily processing and batch tasks
* Run reports to check completion of business cycles and liaising with customers to confirm
* Work towards operational SLAs
* Contribute to continuous improvement activities and work to ensure best practice
* Deploy applications in managed and external data centres
* Build relationships with existing and new clients including working on client on-boarding projects
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and SQL server, particularly SQL querying skills
* Experience of ITIL and ISO27001 / 9001 principles
* Understanding of relational databases
* Application support experience including incident, problem, change & release management
* Experience working on projects
