Job Title: Application Support Technician
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 + 34 days holiday, 5% pension
There is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected local company working on 2nd - 3rd line application support requests from customers, taking on technical escalations and more bespoke pieces of work. You will be a point of contact for business clients, and support junior members of the wider team in a hands-on, fast-paced role.
We are looking for people with strength across Windows and Microsoft, ideally including a mixture of Dynamics CRM, Navision and/or SharePoint with experience of O365, but will consider other applications support and database knowledge. We are looking for people who enjoy problem solving and engaging with customers, users and colleagues in person, over the phone and remotely. A demonstrable understanding of ITIL and change management processes will be beneficial.
