AP & AR Interim Specialist (Flexible working)

£26- £30k

Initial 12 month contract

Do you have extensive Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable experience alongside working within a Shared Service Centre? Do you live in the Bradford area and are able to work remotely? A well-known organisation is seeking a Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Interim Specialist to join their busy team in the Bradford area.

This is an exciting role getting involved at a pivotal moment in transformation & growth for the business to make some real impacts with flexibility for working remotely and in the office.

Assisting in accounts payable and accounts receivable transferring processes through a new system implementation. You will provide extensive support to all functions of the transactional finance & purchasing department reporting into the Shared Service Finance Manager.

Key Transactional Finance Interim Specialist responsibilities:

  • A key team member monitoring data entry and administration tasks in the AP & AR department
  • Liaising with AP & AR managers reviewing processes and proposing improvements
  • Transferring key information from the current system and transitioning into the newly implemented system
  • Data cleansing
  • Assisting and gathering data for the data migration

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • All round accounts experience in AP & AR
  • Previous experience in a senior role or in system implementation
  • Extensive experience in transactional finance including purchase ledger & sales ledger
  • Desire to strive for excellence
