We have an excellent opportunity to join a prestigious financial firm based in Liverpool City Centre as an Amendments Administrator Offering a competitive salary this is a full-time posistion working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
The ideal candidate will have experience within financial services or banking, with strong administration, data entry and attention to detail.
Duties will include:
Managing client account changes and amendments
Ensuring that the large volumes of amendments are updated accurately and in a timely manner
Cross checking amendments made by other members of the department
Cross-checking all KYC information and documents to support account changes, account opening or closures
Reviewing amendments done by other members of the department to ensure maximum accuracy
Working to SLAs and deadlines
Daily communication fund managers to ensure data entered is correct
Data entry and amendments of client details
Ensuring 100% accuracy in customer details held
Completing working from the in-tray
Handling account open and closure
Liaising with teams internally
Must have Financial Administrator experience
Good attention to detail
Ability to pick up new systems quickly
Good organisation skills
Ability to work well under pressure
