This role as an Admissions Administrator is fast paced and is ideally for a senior administrator looking to progress their career and work with a great organisation, it is a 6 month FTC however for the perfect candidate this could go permanent.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
All administrative duties to be done in regards to admissions and being the first point of contact.
Ensuring all records are compliant to GDPR and updated and changed when necessary.
Resolving issues in regards to attendance, finance and liaising with colleagues to ensure issues are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Organising meeting rooms, diary management and liaising with parties outside the organisation.
Provide a high level of administrative and systems support using in house systems and MS Office.
In order to succeed in applying for this role you will need to have had at least 5 years working at a senior administrative level, Excellent IT and systems knowledge and be able to communicate at all levels. You will have an aptitude to influence and at ease forging relationships and have the ability to be flexible and calm under pressure. Local Authority and experience in the Education sector would also be desirable.
