About this role

Administrative Assistant, office based in Minstead, Lyndhurst.

Due to location, you must have your own transport to get to work.

Pay: £13.83 per hour

Duration: 6 months, potential extension

Location: Minstead

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to a busy team, predominately across data management, coordinating and raising POs
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Assist with data entry, maintaining records, and filing documents
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Help with special projects and tasks as needed

- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
