Position: Administrator
Location: Perth

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual? A leading financial services company, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Administrator to join their team in Perth.

As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of operations and providing excellent administrative support to the team.

- Provide general administrative support to the team, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
- Maintain and update client records and databases accurately
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
- Help organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Professional and friendly demeanor
