As Administrator/Receptionist you will be split your day, spending half the day receiving and processing sales orders and the other half based on reception. You must therefore be flexible, adaptable, have excellent communications skills and possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy standards.
Professional, presentable and self motivated, you will demonstrate a positive approach to your work and be an excellent team player.
As Administrator/Receptionist you will be responsible for:
- Receiving sales orders via email and checking for stock availability
- Accurately processing order details
- Liaising with colleagues regarding pricing
- Updating customers on order status
- Meeting and greeting visitors on reception
- Handling incoming calls
- Preparing mail
- Amending documents
