Innovation is embedded in the culture and we are looking for someone to compliment one of the existing teams in a key role that will help them create a better structure for compliance and audits.

Start dates will be early January 2019.

This company operate a flexible working environment and are well reputed for career opportunities and progression. This is a temporary role for around 3 months so we are looking for someone who can commit to that duration or longer. There are always opportunities for extension or a new role completely for those who take ownership and become indispensable!

The role is Compliance Administrator, the duties will start off like this and could become what you make of it!

  • Data management
  • Reviewing part of the business and comparing current process against company policy
  • Ensuring processes are being adhered to
  • Noting and recording areas of difference
  • Working with the Team Manager and other team members to collect missing information needed
  • Informing internal departments of best practice in line with company policy
  • General admin including filing, faxing and typing of letters
  • Assisting with admin tasks around set up of new process

We are looking for someone who comes with strong administration skills and any compliance experience would be a bonus, particularly if you have worked on an audit before. Out with that, you must be able to demonstrate clear communication skills, strong attention to detail and have an ability to handle surprises as with all project based work, the task on hand can change! Being an immediate start, you must of course be available with no notice to give as this role will start next week.
