This business, based just on the outskirts of Glasgow City Centre are looking for a strong Administrator to join a newly appointed Office Manager. This is a well known charitable organisation that is such a 'feel good' company to work for. The motto in this company is 'as long as the staff are happy then the work is getting done'. Although this is a fun and vibrant environment the work load is heavy and you will be expected to not only do your own role but chip in and help the team.

This is an Administrator role to begin with but has the view to include light finance duties once you have mastered all the admin tasks that you'll be required to juggle. It is a permanent role and we are looking for someone who is keen to secure a long term position within this business. Although you will have your own administration duties you will be required to get your hands dirty and get involved with the office restructure, keeping the office tidy and helping organise monthly events.

Key duties:

All mailing lists for events
Keeping a database of 4000 people up to date
Helping with the restructure of the office
Data entry
Filing all packs due to GDPR
Keeping the taxi log up to date
Answering all calls and queries that come in
Manual typing up all evaluation forms and filing them away
Booking clients on training courses
Organising all training courses and events
