Search Consultancy is proudly working with a unique manufacturer in the north of Sheffield to recruit an Administrator on a temporary basis. This role is to cover a busy period so you must be able to hit the ground running. We are looking to speak with candidates that are from a Administration background.

You must have worked within a similar role recently to be considered for this position.

The Duties and Responsibilities of the Administrator are:

* To manage a fleet off vehicles
* Processing orders
* Processing purchase ledger invoices with accuracy
* Follow up any purchase orders/delivery notes
* Ensuring all invoices and purchase orders are authorised
* Keeping all information stored and filed
* Checking all work is accurate
* Dealing with customer queries
* Maintain vehicle log book and respond to all vehicle maintenance needs and queries
* Maintain training matrix

The ideal Administrator will be:

* Hard working
* Passionate
* Able to work on own accord
* Used to working towards deadlines
* Able to cover a 3 month temporary period

The company is easily accessible via public transport and there is free parking outside the site
