Search is currently working with a massively growing business based in Stockport to help them as they look to bring in an Administrator to help support with the growing demand of the team.

Duties:
* Liaise with and support internal project managers
* Preparation of all project documentation
* Ensure all procurement is complete and product lead times are accurate
* Plan and Prepare Engineer Resource Scheduling
* Completion of review and report for completed installations.
* Liaising with external clients regarding access requirements and updates.
* Arranging for engineer access and permits where required
* Management of all engineer travel bookings and requirements
* Responsible for any international travel and shipping requirements.
* Managing and Updating Project Process documentation
* Liaising with the Warehouse to ensure stock levels are maintained for key clients.
* Preparation of and presentation of reports on project progress, issues and solutions from internal, and external, management.
