This Repairs Administrator role is an excellent opportunity to start immediately on a temporary basis, initially for 2 months with a likely extension. Both remote working or office based are available for the successful person.

You will be an experienced Administrator with the ability to pick up new systems with ease, preferred are candidates with experience operating "Totalmobile" however this is not essential.

Duties:
- Processing jobs on the the system: adding, updating, closing
- Supporting the repairs department with administrative duties as required
- Responding to emails, providing updates
- Extracting information from the system

You will be a focused Administrator with excellent IT skills who enjoys supporting others.

The role can be remote or office based, the office is located in Glenrothes and if you are working remotely you would need to be within 20 miles of the office.
