Are you confident with all Microsoft packages and general IT systems?

Have you got strong admin experience?

Are you looking for a full time permanent role that can offer progression?

This role requires candidates who are both comfortable speaking with clients, but also very strong administrators who have experience in prioritising simultaneous important tasks. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems. You will work within a small team and be required to work autonomously as well.

The role:

* Liaise with clients to take orders
* High level of data entry
* Entering orders on the system
* Processing customer order amendments
* Assisting field based staff
* Supporting the accounts team raising PO's etc
* Monitoring orders and entering data
* Confident using all Microsoft packages
* Main reception duties and telephone cover when required
