6 months FTC with a view to perm role - Administrator
Based Manchester City Centre - Immediate Start
Office Administrator - £18,000 - £20,000 per year dependant on exp
This is a multifaceted role in a growing business which has recently opened their first UK Office in Manchester city centre. The company is a property development company which plans to grow its UK operations over the next 12 months and continues to focus on the Greater Manchester region.
The individual will have a varied role in the business which will focus on supporting the Office Manager and the day to day running of the office environment including; reception duties, processing invoices and expenses, booking appointments/meetings, producing reports and general administrative support.
The role will suit someone who is a proactive problem solver and is hungry to learn, with excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.
The individual will:
* Have experience working in an office environment
* Competent at Microsoft Office, specifically; Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
* Highly organised and ability to use own initiative
* Have an excellent attention to detail
* Ideally have property experience
