I am looking for an experienced Administrator to work on a temporary contract for one of my clients based in the Southside of Glasgow.

This is a full time contract for a minimum of 3 months and could potentially be up to 6 months. The hourly rate is £9.50 per hour.

This role involves a mixture of covering reception and general administration.

  • Dealing with queries via telephone
  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • Covering reception when necessary
  • All general office admin tasks

Skills required:

  • Previous experience in office administration/reception
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organised and great attention to detail
  • Empathetic and friendly telephone manner

This role will start on Monday 6th July therefore suitable candidates must be available immediately. This client has parking available and has safe social distancing measures in place.
