Pensions Administrator
£18.500- £23,000 dependant on experience

I am currently looking for an Administrator to join a reputable financial company in Morley on a permanent basis.

This would be an exceptional opportunity to join a growing company and for someone who is looking for progression and development.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Working closely with the financial advisors providing administrative support
* Chasing documentation and updating the systems
* Processing correspondence from start to finish
* Producing reports using Excel
* Speaking to clients on the telephone providing advice and guidance
* Dealing with any emails coming into the business
* General Administrative duties

Key Skills Required

* Exceptional communication skills and a professional approach
* A keen eye for detail with good organisation
* A confident communicator over the telephone and in person
* IT Literate and confident in all Microsoft Packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
* Able to work towards deadlines and prioritise workload
