£20'000 - £22'000 per annum
Monday to Friday working hours
Permanent, Full time
* Answering all client queries via email and telephone
* Welcoming new clients to the business
* Ensuring accuracy of data is inputted correctly
* General administrative tasks including scanning and filing
* Analysing operational processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Assistance with ad hoc and scheduled projects
* An interest in financial services
* General administrative background
* The ability to effectively communicate with customers
A credit and basic DBS check will be performed for new starters.
