My key client is seeking to recruit an Administrator to join their professional team and work within their busy Sale Office in Cheshire. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is conscientious and looking for career progression within an administrative role. The role is extremely varied and with responsibility for a wide range of duties. This role is not solely a typist role, although there is an element of this, attention to detail in organising email and electronic files received and logged within a structured system is required. MS Office and Adobe InDesign software are utilised to carry out the majority of administrative duties within this role. Training shall be given in relation to Adobe InDesign if you do not currently have experience.
Key Role Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy professional office environment with proven experience of working with MS Office 365 or later; prioritising own workload and currently working in a role managing administration duties.
Responsibilities include (although not limited to) carrying out a wide range of administrative duties eg: copy typing of letters and reports, creating and working within Excel spreadsheets utilising formulae. Ensuring that the office communal areas are sufficiently stocked with stationery/ kitchen supplies.
The administration department fully support the surveyors in their work, liaising in the preparation of collating tender documentation and drawing packages prior to issue.
