Are you looking for a new part-time opportunity?

This role is based in Aberdeenshire with very flexible hours and on-site parking.

This contract is for a fixed 6 months with a view to go permanent.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supporting and coordinating the recruitment process with the relevant managers
  • Participating in HR issues including the procedure for new employees, compensation and terminations
  • Maintain all employee files
  • Reporting on monthly working hours
  • Collecting and collating data
  • General administration
  • Minute taking
  • be flexible and honest
  • have great organisational skills
  • Confident in working in a fast paced environment.
