We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Administrator to join a leading company based in North Liverpool. We are looking for someone who has excellent organisation and customer service skills to provide an excellent service to all clients.

Daily customer calls

Monitoring work process

Booking in appointments

Arranging collections

Providing quotations

Liaising with various departments

Receipts of vehicles

Preparing orders ahead of work

Skills required

Can provide excellent customer service skills

Good MS Office skills

Ability to learn new systems quickly

Experience in a similar motor trade role is essential

Full drivers licence
