Administrator is needed for a busy and friendly office in East Kilbride boasting that 9am - 5pm lifestyle with an early finish on a Friday and fantastic benefits on offer. This role is offering a progression path to many areas of the business for a superstar administrator who has a great work ethic and is keen to learn new skills.

If you succeed within the role you will be doing duties such as distributing mail, filing and scanning all documents for the team, answering calls and preparing for meetings as well as general reception duties. You will be a real team player and be available to do tasks for members of the business as asked and be a general all rounder in many tasks throughout the office. This role is great for someone who would like to learn new skills as if you will have exposure to things such as SAGE, invoicing and sales processes.

In order to be considered for this role you will have at least 2 years experience within an office environment with great Excel and Word skills - which will be tested - and be a great communicator who will speak up to ask questions, be confident at problem solving and implementing new processes. The perfect candidate will be a positive team player who is enthusiastic and motivated.
