I have an exciting new role to work as a charge back administrator to work for one my clients based within the city centre of Edinburgh? This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a vibrant and energetic company! This role will be initially on a temporary basis with view to go permanent - working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 17.30pm.
The purpose of this role is to be the main connection between the Payment Investigation team and the card issuers.
Some of the duties include:
Month of end reporting and identifying any patterns for concern,
Daily and weekly updating of the internal systems
Assess and respond to Chargeback notifications
Respond to queries within a timely manner
Training and mentoring of new team members
Reviewing and decision making on potential fraud.
Experience of working to deadlines,
Understanding of the chargeback process
Ability to analyse data
Excellent attention to detail
Work well under pressure
