My client based in Birkenhead is looking to recruit an Administrator on a permanent full time contract. The role of administrator will offer a salary of £22,000 and is offered on a Monday - Friday basis, with the hours 8:45am - 5pm and an early Friday finish.

The role will be supporting a large team of accountants and the role will offer regular training and development.

Key duties and responsibilities -
- Confident in communicating with clients via telephone, email and letter
- Control all post in and out of business, including use of the franking machine
- Taking payment of invoices from clients via the card machine
- Supporting banking/ petty cash systems
- Scanning and indexing information to the correspondence software
- Co-ordinating the on-boarding of new clients to the business

Key skills -
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experienced in managing your own workload
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team
