Customer Service Administrator
Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Start date: 11th July

I am recruiting for a well know financial services business who are looking for several Customer Service Administrators to join their business!
You will start work on Monday 11th July and join a 6 week training programme, giving you all the skills you need to thrive in your new role!
* Liaise with customers and 3rd parties via email and letters
* Use in-house databases to enable you to deal with customer's requests and queries
* Effectively resolve any account queries from customers, 3rd parties and external businesses
* Dealing with all legal correspondence, ensuring they are dealt with correctly, efficiently and within SLA's
* Identify account escalations and deal with appropriately
* Dealing with client portals, ensuring that they are updated accurately in line with the companies policies
* Excellent IT skills
* Great communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail
* Able to work in a high pressured environment
