Facilities Administrator

  • £9.56ph Monday-Friday
  • Manchester City Centre
  • Temporary Ongoing
  • 8am-4pm or 8:30pm-4:30pm

Search are recruiting for a well known company within Manchester City Centre. The role will involve the below:

  • Manning the Facilities helpdesk which includes answering and logging calls and following up tasks to ensure full resolution.
  • Dealing with facilities calls
  • Assisting with organising meetings, amendments and cancellations of meeting rooms and responsible for equipment usage.
  • Issuing passes to internal and external staff. This will include signing out and collection of passes, production of passes and ensuring records are up to date.
  • Ad hoc admin duties where required.
