Reception/Administrator Temporary Assignment (6-7 months) Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

£20,000 - £25,000 Dependant on experience.

I am currently recruiting for an administrator to also take on receptionist/front of house duties.
You will be office based within a small and friendly team. This is a temporary assignment to cover a staff member who is off on maternity leave.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Answering the phone
* Booking services
* Taking payments
* Taking enquiries/booking surveys
* Processing job reports
* Post, franking, mailings, scanning
* Responsibility for deliveries
* Greeting visitors

Due to this position being temporary they would require someone who has previous experience within administration, answering the phone, responding to emails. They would like someone who is confident in speaking on the phone and to have a great telephone manner.
